Our Facilities

TPH Home 1 - August 2025

With it's inception in 2004 and subsequent purchase in 2025, TPH Home 1 has space for four residents and boasts handicap accessibility with its ramps for ingress and egress of the property, roll-in shower, and grab bars in the bathroom. TPH Home 1 is licensed as a 3-4 bed, non-ambulatory home per the Department of Health Services of Wisconsin (DHS) with certifications from Inclusa/Family Care and Include, Respect, I Self-Direct (IRIS).
